Rob DaPonte’s pint-size Estragon is a mercurial Mutt to the jaded Jeff of Milt Angelopoulos, while the insurgent Pozzo, Lucky and Boy make the most of their antic interludes. This is a real knock-around, throw-down exchange of wistful philosophies, in the best Beckettian blend of James Joyce and Buster Keaton. It’s also an important local production for here and now.
